Meeting Service for Younger Students - Check before booking

Students Aged 12 - 15

Students aged 12 - 15 will need to travel to the UK with an adult or book a flight with an airline that offers an unaccompanied minor service OR allows young people to travel unaccompanied. If travelling unaccompanied we can you book for you and you will need to pay for a MEETING SERVICE - costs vary between £50 and £100 per arrival and departure depending upon airports. Please ask about this service before booking your travel.

We strongly recommend that younger students fly into Bristol (approx 1.5 hours to Exeter) or Exeter (15 mins to city)

Students aged 16 +

With the consent of a parent (signature required), students aged 16 and over are permitted to travel to the UK alone and to travel through UK airports to onward destinations alone. IPC cannot take responsibility but can offer all advice and ticketing as onward travel to Exeter is included in your fees.
