HOW TO PAY
The course fee includes course tuition fees, accommodation, bus pass, all coach transfers, the social and evening programme.
A deposit of £300.00 should be transferred to confirm the enrolment. Deposit payments should arrive no later than the enrolment deadline. The complete course fee must be received by June 12th 2012.

Please ask the bank to include the code: IPCSS + Student surname on the bank transfer information. You are required to pay ALL BANK CHARGES; these are not included in your payment calculation. (please do not tick the ‘share charges’ box on the bank transfer for – please tick ‘accept all charges’).
It is also possible to pay for your course by CHEQUE in £’s STERLING. Cheques must be drawn on an English bank and made payable to ‘International Projects Centre’, then posted to ‘The Finance Director, International Projects Centre, 7 Colleton Crescent, Exeter, EX2 4DG’. Please ensure that you enclose a letter telling us the name of the course participant and the date of the course.
INSURANCE
Insurance is provided by Gibbs Denley Insurance on behalf of International Projects Centre. Please note that in the event of a claim, you will be required to liaise with the insurer directly. The insurance policy offers cover in cases such as cancellation due to ill health/accident. Please ask to see a full schedule.
CANCELLATION
If we receive notice of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start date of the course, all monies will be refunded less a cancellation fee of £300.00. It will not be possible to offer any refund for cancellations after this deadline. Insurance covers cancellation in cases of accidents and health emergencies.
HOST FAMILY ACCOMMODATION
Please return your completed enrolment form as early as possible to assist us in finding the most suitable family for you. The quickest method is by e-mail. Please note that accommodation will normally be in a twin room.
ACTIVITY PROGRAMME
Please note that unless we receive a letter from a parent we will assume that the student is allowed to participate in all activities – activities include swimming, canoeing, golf, bowling, beach visits, town visits, evening activities (host families collect at end). Students travel to and from school and evening activity locations by bus. There will be times eg. Free afternoon, when students are unaccompanied. All programmed activities are led by IPC activity leaders.
