Please only complete and return this form if you are serious about applying for funding to join an IPC Teacher Training course in Exeter. You do not have to pay anything to enrol for a course, but when we receive your enrolment form we will add you to our database of pre-registered course partipants.

In response to receiving this form the IPC Enrolment Officer will send you a Pre Registration pack for your chosen course. This includes everything you will need to apply for funding from your National Agency.
