Nick Floyd is the IPC Enrolments Officer. His job is to assist teachers who are pre-registering for IPC Teacher Training courses. Nick' will reply to your e-mail as quickly as possible and will answer all of your questions.
As with anything in life (with the possible exception of a relay change - over), it is better not to leave your teacher training course application until the last minute. But inevitably Nick finds that the days leading up to National Agency deadlines (this year January 15th, April 29th and September 15th) are extremely busy. If you can, apply early. Nick will aim to respond to your e-mail on the day he receives it. If it is a very busy time, please allow a few days for your response.
Please let Nick know as soon as possible when you hear the results of your grant application. We want to know as soon as you do if you are a confirmed course participant and we also need to know if your grant was not successful.
Nick will send you a detailed confirmation pack as soon as your course is confirmed. Remember that in the interests of course participants we do not send out a confirmation pack until we are sure that at least four participants will join any one course. Sometimes this means waiting a few days or even weeks. We delay sending information until we are sure that a course WILL run in order to avoid course participants booking flights when a course may not go ahead.
If you are a confirmed course participant you can also access information relating to your course from our password protected pages in this section of the site. Nick will send your user name and password along with your confirmation pack.
