How Does It Work?

In becoming a Local Organiser, your role is to promote IPC Summer School courses in your school or your area. We are always looking for enthusiastic teachers to join our team of Local Organisers.

We know that many parents work and are looking to occupy their children in the summer holidays. If you already know IPC you are able to vouch for us and recommend the school to parents and students.

Becoming a Local Organiser also means you can offer the best value to your students.

What will I be doing?

As a Local Organiser, you will first organise a parents meeting to promote IPC's summer courses. You'll then work with a travel agent to organise travel to the UK, and work with the IPC Projects Team here in Exeter to ensure that everything is carefully planned.

Then, you will send us completed student information sheets so that we can place students with appropriate homestay host families. Finally you'll make the journey to the UK with your group and enjoy a fun-filled fortnight here in Exeter.

What are the benefits of being a Local Organiser?

We offer our Local Organisers the most competitive deal so that they can pass this on to parents and students. This includes special group reductions.

In return for your work in promoting our courses and bringing your students to Exeter, IPC offers you pocket money to cover your expenses, a contribution towards your flight, free accommodation with a homestay host and a Devon Rover bus pass which will take you anywhere you want to go in our beautiful county.
