PAYMENT OF FEES, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

You must pay the fees in British pounds (GBP) or in Euro depending upon what has been agreed with our team.

You must pay a deposit on enrolment and a final payment later, as follows.

Payments terms are negotiated specifically with each individual group but in general we will ask for

DEPOSIT A deposit of £200 per student (1 week programmes) and £300 per student (2 week programmes) secures the booking. We will invoice the organising school for the deposit payment once the booking is confirmed. The timescale will be flexible according to the school's work with parents. The deposit payment includes a non-refundable £100 booking fee.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations must be made by email, or telephone followed by an email to confirm. In the case of a late cancellation, notice must be given by phone and then by email.

Cancellation terms can be negotiated for each group but in the absence of a specific agreement the following terms apply.

Cancellation 8 or more weeks before the course start date: A full refund of the GBP amount received, less the booking fee, any courier fees and UK bank charges will be made.

Cancellation less than 8 weeks but more than two weeks before the start date: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of total fees with be charged and the balance refunded.

Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start date of the course: no fees will be refunded.

OUR FLEXIBILITY

When working with schools, IPC may be flexible in terms of a schedule of payments. For example to assist schools with lower bank charges IPC may request that only one payment be made rather than one deposit and one balancing payment. In these circumstances, a late cancellation is still subject to our usual cancellation rules and fees are still due to be paid.

Any refund payment will be made to the Bank account or Credit Card account from where the payment was received. Payment will be made in UK pounds (GBP). We will use www.transferwise.com to make the payment.
