Student Welfare and Safeguarding

IPC Exeter is committed to providing a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for all students.

We have clear safeguarding procedures in place and trained staff responsible for student welfare at all times. Members of our team hold designated safeguarding responsibilities and are available to support students and group leaders throughout their stay.

All students are given clear information on arrival about who to speak to if they need help or support. Group leaders are also supported by IPC staff to ensure the well-being of all students during the programme.

Accommodation, activities and all aspects of the programme are carefully organised with student safety and welfare in mind. IPC Exeter maintains regular contact with host families and monitors student experience throughout the stay.

In the event of any concerns, appropriate action is taken promptly in line with our safeguarding procedures.
