I first met Ben 30 years ago when I brought my group to Exeter to work on student newspaper project. We worked together to produce the 'Alpine Echo'. Since then I have led many successful school language projects to Exeter and have met Ben in Vienna and Eisenstadt to discuss our ongoing collaboration. We always choose IPC Exeter when we can. We know that IPC take the best care of us.

I first worked with this school back in 2020 on a fascinating EU-funded project linking the regeneration of industrial warehouses in my area with the former mines in Devon. Since then I’ve been back every single year with smaller groups, essentially study trips.

The quality of the tuition is top-notch, with lessons perfectly tailored to the students’ needs by a truly dedicated team. Plus, the host families are brilliant: even my most fastidious Italian students have been perfectly happy with them — and that’s saying something! What more could you ask for?

I really hope to keep coming back. Hopefully, one day soon, we’ll be able to resume those larger-scale projects again.

My colleagues and I have brought groups of students to Exeter for more than two decades, often as many as 60 young people at a time.
