Our Mission

Our mission is to provide high quality English language training for students of all ages from all over the world. We will deliver life-affirming cultural and linguistic training in a safe, friendly and supportive environment. We celebrate diversity and do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability status, or any other applicable characteristics protected by law. We are committed to co-operative learning in a safe, mutually supportive and respectful environment.

Our Principles

  • Our students and clients are our priority. We will do everything we can to deliver exemplary customer service informed by 30 years of work in the sphere of international student services.
  • As a British Council - accredited school we will work according to an established set of professional criteria that are known, publicised and respected throughout the world.
  • We will treat our staff and students with respect and courtesy at all times
  • We will create employment opportunities that are meaningful, supported and appropriately remunerated
  • We will support and safeguard the students in our care, following appropriate training and implementing appropriate policy
  • We will work according to the General Data Protection Regulation for the benefit of our staff and clients and we will never share personal information with any third parties for commercial gain
