Some Key Facts About E+ Funding

• The Programme runs from 2014 - 2020. IPC's PIC number is 948822088 - you may include this in your application.
• There is more funding than ever before to support teachers travelling abroad for in-service teacher training courses
• In-service Teacher Training is funded via Erasmus Plus Key Action 1 Staff Mobility
• Aplication forms are available NOW - check your National Agency website
• IPC is a recognised teacher training course provider with more than 20 years' experience
• Schools and NOT individuals apply for funds
• Schools may be part of a consortium - with one application for the consortium
• Your training should be seen as part of a Project for your school's European Development
• Your European Development Plan is a very important part of your application
• IPC courses are all elligible for funding under Erasmus Plus
• The next DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS is mid-day Brussels time on the 2nd February 2018
• You can apply for funding for your school for one or two years
• IPC can tailor a course to meet your needs, supporting your European Development Plan
• You should describe your proposed training in your application. You should indicate that you are in partnership with an experienced, accredited training provider (IPC Exeter) and outline the key concepts of your training - showing how these relate to your European Development Plan.
• You can apply for as many teachers to join courses as you need to, showing how this training is supporting your European Development Plan
• You apply for money under the following categories - Travel, Course Fees, Subsistence, School Support
• For each 'mobility' (ie each teacher going abroad for an IST course) the school is awarded €350 towards support and administration
• If your school is awarded a grant, it will receive 80% of the funding in advance and 20% once the training is complete.
